Simple DC Constant Current Generator

This is a battery-powered device capable of delivering a user adjustable constant current over the range 0.1-2.0mA in to a maximum load of 1kΩ.

This simple to use device includes a meter for monitoring the delivered current and a polarity-reversing switch to conveniently change the electrode polarity. Output is by way of colour coded (red & black) 2mm sockets. Also included is a ‘test’ switch to simulate a 1kΩ load.

Specially designed for scientific research, it is not a clinical device. Not for self-use. It is only intended for external use (skin barrier not breached, not for body cavities) on undamaged, healthy skin via suitable electrodes and electrolyte.
